          A food hazard is anything in or on food that can
          cause harm to the consumer.
 HAZARD ?        Some of these hazards can be seen with the naked


          eyes and some are invisible or may be caused due

          to environmental factors affecting the quality of
          food.





       The food hazards can be split into four categories:

       1. Physical hazards

       2. Chemical hazards

       3. Microbiological hazards

       4. Allergens
